Pestgard offers a 12 month warranty on all sprays, however we cannot guarantee you wont see any pests after the treatment is done, But rest assured when the pests come into the treated areas they will pick up a lethal dose and die. Higher than normal pest activity after spraying is normal and will subside after the initial 6 weeks after the spray was done. If activity has not declined after this period we will return and treat problem areas free of charge.
